How you help Since 2009 approximately 75% of HEMI students have enrolled in higher education. HEMI Prep utilizes volunteer mentors to guide and support mentees to make smart academic and life choices. Volunteers engage with foster youth so that they can reach their full potential and continue to higher education.
About us HEMI PREP is a mentoring program for high school students grades 9-12 in Cincinnati Public Schools. Mentors address the five Community Connectors Core Principles with their mentee throughout the school year to ensure timely graduation and to better prepare students for life after high school graduation.
